Even if our Natural Organic Chickpeas could appear like others on shelves, they are very different not only because they are organic: we prepare chickpeas exactly as you would do at home. The day before the production, we soak the dried chickpeas in fresh water to make them soften during the night. The day after we boil them with plenty of rosemary and we fill the jars manually one by one. We avoid authomatic machines, otherwise, soft as they are, chickpeas could be ruined. This long process, mainly manual, is very laborious and involves great passion. But it’s the only way we know to donate the right consistency to our legumes.
