SOUPS AND BEANS

The well-established link between the Toscana in Tavola ® brand and many traditional soups and beans is now strengthened by presenting some of the most famous national soups recipes, prepared the Tuscan way: Minestrone is surely the whole Italy most popular soup; in Tuscany, though, we add barley and some thyme; in our region, we prepare the bean soup with mashed beans and tomato. The Zolfini, a special variety of native Tuscan bean, completes the new range; its unique traits of taste and texture delight even the most discerning palates.
