In Tuscany is very common to cook beans with tomato sauce, obtaining the famous “Fagioli All’Uccelletto”. The curious name of the recipe, according to the father of the italian cuisine Pellegrino Artusi, has its origin from the cooking method with particular spices such as sage, normally used for the preparation of the famous roasted birds. We propose to our customers Organic beans and, to taste the excellent flavor, we suggest to add raw extra virgin olive oil.
