Minestrone is a dish that varies according to the region and the season and comes in many variations, making it impossible to uniquely define the recipe. According to the one we have chosen for our loyal friends, we add a touch of Tuscany to the classic fantasy of greens and vegetables through barley, an ancient and tasty cereal, and the special and intense scent of thyme. The product is also excellent as it is, only heated; alternatively we recommend adding water and boiling some pasta or rice in it. As a final touch we suggest a drizzle of raw oil and maybe a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
